We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days after order receipt. If a shipping delay exists we will notify you as soon as possible.

Our shipping days are Monday - Friday. Please keep in mind that if your order arrives late on Friday afternoon, we cannot ship it until Monday at the earliest.
Our shipping methods:
Standard - This is the least expensive shipping method and delivery can take up to 9 business days.
Expedited - This is a three day service and may be shipped by a variety of carriers that offer this service level.
Our Location:
We are shipping from the South-Eastern United States. If you are on the West coast, an order shipped with Standard shipping will take about a week to arrive and orders from the East Coast should only take a few days to arrive.
Returns
Rogers Shooting School provides refunds only for defective products purchased directly from our website: rogersshootingschool.com. If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer’s refund policy. Rogers Shooting School has the sole and exclusive right to determine if a product is defective. If a product is deemed by Rogers Shooting School to be defective, Rogers Shooting School will refund the purchase price to the credit card on file. Minor damage to packaging is not considered "defective."

You have thirty (30) days from the date your product is delivered to request a refund. After that, we do not offer refunds, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
